The opening ceremony was graced by a host of dignitaries including the Honourable Michael Wong Wai-lun, GBS, JP, Acting Financial Secretary of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Vivian Cheung, Acting CEO, Airport Authority Hong Kong.
