Mr. Freeman brings over 20 years of experience in the mining and finance sectors. He previously served as CEO of Los Calatos Holding Limited, a significant copper project in Peru, owned by private equity, and as Managing Director for Mining Investment Banking Groups, including Casimir Capital (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd and Transocean Securities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Freeman has successfully collaborated with numerous mining companies on project funding, utilizing both debt and equity financing. Notably, he advised Lynas Corporation, a significant rare earths producer, guiding the company to grow its market capitalization from $15 million to over $1 billion.
